Wholesale Terms & Conditions


  • Wholesale pricing applies to retailers only.
  • New wholesale customers are required to apply for wholesale registration before purchase.
  • Minimum order quantity is $150 for first order and $50 for subsequent orders (not including postage).
  • If the minimum order quantity is not reached you will be contacted to either cancel the order or add more products.
  • Orders are placed via the shop tab here.


  • Candles are made to order in small batches
  • Once your order is received your candles will be ready to send in 14 business days.
  • Custom orders are welcome, please contact me here to discuss.


  • All orders are to be fully paid for at time of check out.
  • Wax & Flame does not collect GST.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


  • Returns accepted up to 14 days after purchase.
  • To request a refund contact me here with full details as to why.
  • Returns/replacement are only accepted if products are faulty.


  • Shipping is paid for by the purchaser and automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Each product is handmade to order which can take up to 14 days before shipping.
  • A tracking number is provided once products are shipped.
  • Orders are posted to the shipping address supplied during checkout.


  • Re-sellers must not remove branding from any product or change any branding on products.
  • White label or no packaging candles available by request.
  • Recommended retail price (RRP) should be used as a guide only.


  • Wax & Flame aims to minimise the number of stockists per suburb/location.
  • This works on a first in best dressed basis, and if a particular store does not reorder within a 6 month period that area goes back up for the taking.
